Most eligible services are prepared automatically after a successful payment, allowing for instant or near-instant deployment.
What is your refund policy?
Eligible purchases may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, subject to the MG Nodes refund policy and applicable exclusions.
Can I upgrade my server?
Yes. Customers can contact support to upgrade eligible services.
Do you support Minecraft plugins and mods?
Yes. Different plans are suitable for Vanilla, Paper, Spigot, plugins and modded Minecraft servers.
